I work primarily with buyers and do not practice dual agency so that in any transaction my loyalty is to my client.  I am committed to providing my clients with detailed information in order to assist them in finding and purchasing a property that meets their requirements.  I have spent my life living and working in rural New England and for most of the past 35 years I have operated a farm and a woodlot in rural Maine.  Several years ago I entered the real estate business hoping to be able to assist the people who are looking for a future in Maine agriculture locate and purchase a farm that will provide them an opportunity to be successful.   I work throughout central Maine from just north of Portland to the farming areas just above Bangor.

Services for Sellers

I act as a seller's agent for recreational properties and I occasionally co-list other rural properties but my primary business is working with buyers.  However, I do offer consulting services to farm and woodlot owners in rural Maine who are considering selling their property.  Not only do I have a strong background in many aspects of production agriculture and marketing but I also operated a large woodlot for most of my farming career.  As a landowner, I have experience with land development but,also, I have been very involved in land conservation organizations and projects in Maine.  If you are considering selling your rural property and are now trying to determine the options that are available to you please call me to discuss how I might be able to assist with discovering the value of your property and what marketing strategy will lead to a successful sale.
